This pack comprises two Hybrio AA rechargeable batteries with C-size converter shells. The Hybrio AA batteries are made into C-size batteries by sliding them inside the converter shells. This means that a special battery charger for C-size batteries is not required; you can use your existing AA / AAA battery charger. As the C-size converter and AA battery are much lighter than a C-size battery you save on weight as well.

The Uniross C-size converter with Hybrio AA batteries are a cheaper alternative to regular C-size rechargeable batteries, with the added benefit that the Hybrio rechargeable AA batteries keep their charge for months on end. In fact, they will still have 80% of their charge after 6 months of storage.
