All products sold by us qualify for Royal Mail 1st Class post as standard and this is the service level that will be applied to any refunds made on returned goods.
When paying for your goods during the checkout procedure you have the opportunity to choose a shipping option other than the standard Royal Mail 1st Class post. The additional shipping options are Royal Mail Signed For service (previously known as Recorded Delivery) and the Royal Mail Special Delivery (previously known as Registered Mail). Motorcycle Battery purchases will be sent by Courier and this option is automatically presented at no additional cost.

*In the case of Irish Republic and European shipping charges over £2.50 in value, these include the cost of 'International Signed For' postage and cover the costs of the extra administration required for processing overseas orders. This option does not apply to the UK. Please note we are unable to accept orders for delivery outside Europe.
Motorcycle batteries can only be supplied within Mainland UK and are delivered by courier. Please note that products delivered by courier need to be signed for. If nobody is available to sign when the courier attempts delivery, the courier will leave a card explaining that the item will be available for collection at the local depot and that they will attempt re-delivery in the following days. The battery will be returned to us after 7 days and re-delivery after this period will be payable by the customer at an additional £8.00. If the courier is unable to deliver because a delivery signature could not be obtained and you subsequently cancel the order we will refund your purchase less the delivery costs incurred by Online-Batteries.co.uk of £8 (£15 for Scottish Highlands).

Delivery Schedule
Orders received before 3.30pm on a working day will be despatched the same day, providing the product is in stock. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order, provided you have supplied us with a valid email address. If the goods are not in stock we will let you know via email that there has been a delay in sending your order. We will endeavour to get these items to you within 2 weeks of receiving your order. If the delay in delivery is unacceptable to you we will cancel your order and payment or, if payment has already been processed, we will refund any payment taken once you have advised us that the product(s) are no longer required.
