Shipping Information

All products sold by us qualify for Royal Mail 1st Class post as standard and this is the service level that will be applied to any refunds made on returned goods.

When paying for your goods during the checkout procedure you have the opportunity to choose a shipping option other than the standard Royal Mail 1st Class post. The additional shipping options are Royal Mail Signed For service (previously known as Recorded Delivery) (£2.95) and the Royal Mail Special Delivery (£6.95). Motorcycle Batteries are despatched by Courier and this option is automatically presented during checkout. There is no additional cost for this service for Motorcycle Batteries.

The following table shows the standard shipping costs for the UK, Eire and Europe at the different shopping cart totals.

*In the case of Irish Republic and European shipping charges, these include the cost of 'International Signed For' postage and cover the costs of the extra administration required for processing overseas orders. This option does not apply to the UK. Please note we are unable to accept orders for delivery outside Europe.

Motorcycle batteries

Motorcycle battery orders received by us before 1.30pm (Mon-Fri) are despatched the same day by Courier. We aim to deliver by Courier next working day, however, this is not guaranteed and in some cases delivery may take two working days to complete especially for the Scottish Highlands.
Motorcycle batteries can only be delivered to UK Mainland addresses.
Please note that products delivered by courier need to be signed for. If nobody is available to sign when the courier attempts delivery, the courier will leave a card explaining that the item will be available for collection at the local depot and that they will attempt re-delivery in the following days. The battery will be returned to us after 7 days and re-delivery after this period will be payable by the customer at an additional £8.98. If the courier is unable to deliver because a delivery signature could not be obtained and you subsequently cancel the order we will refund your purchase less the return costs incurred by Online-Batteries.co.uk of £8.98 (£18 for Scottish Highlands).

Delivery Schedule

Orders received before 3.30pm on a working day will be despatched the same day, providing the product is in stock - Motorcycle Battery orders must be received before 1.30pm for same day despatch. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order, provided you have supplied us with a valid email address. If the goods are not in stock we will let you know via email that there has been a delay in sending your order. We will endeavour to get these items to you within 2 weeks of receiving your order. If the delay in delivery is unacceptable to you we will cancel your order and payment or, if payment has already been processed, we will refund any payment taken once you have advised us that the product(s) are no longer required.
