Returns Policy

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 give UK consumers the right to cancel their order within 7 working days of taking delivery. The customer has the right to inspect the goods but must make sure they remain undamaged and unused if they are intending to cancel and return the goods.

Unwanted Goods If you wish to return goods to us please use the Returns Slip on the bottom of your delivery invoice, or contact us either by telephone (01793 778127) or using our Contact Us form to obtain a Returns Code. We do not operate a Freepost service so please ensure all returns have the correct postage applied (this will usually be Large Letter or Packet rate) and we recommend that you obtain a Proof of Postage Certificate from the Post Office. Items posted without this certificate are done so at your own risk. We will refund the cost of the goods to your credit card or PayPal account within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.

We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of up to 20% on goods returned outside the 7 day review period. We will not accept returns after 14 days from receipt by the customer.

Exchanging Goods If you wish to exchange the product you have ordered, you can do so by advising us within 7 working days of receiving the goods. Please use the Returns Slip on the bottom of your delivery invoice, or obtain a Returns Code from us as above, and include £1.00 (or equivalent in postage stamps) with the returned goods towards the return postage of the correct item. Please ensure that you use the correct postage to return the unwanted item (this will usually be Large Letter or Packet rate) and we recommend that you obtain a Proof of Postage Certificate from the Post Office. Items posted without a Proof of Postage Certificate are done so at your own risk.

Incorrectly Supplied Goods If we have sent you an incorrect item, please use the Returns Slip at the bottom of your delivery invoice, or obtain a Returns Code as above, and return the item to us using the correct postage and obtaining a Proof of Postage Certificate from the Post Office. On receipt of the goods we will send you the correct ordered goods and refund only 2nd Class postage used to return the incorrectly supplied item to us.

Motorcycle Battery Returns Policy

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 gives UK consumers the right to cancel their order within 7 working days of taking delivery. The product should be returned unused and undamaged before a full refund can be applied.

On receipt of a replacement motorcycle battery and before adding the acid, please inspect the motorcycle battery carefully and check that it is the correct replacement by matching the new battery with the existing battery; matching the dimensions, connections, part number and JIS & Varta part codes.

Please note that if the battery had been wrongly ordered or is unwanted or unsuitable we can only accept its return if the acid has not been added to the battery.

Unwanted Motorcycle Battery If the motorcycle battery is not suitable and you wish to return it, please contact us either by telephone (01793 778127) or using our Contact Us form to discuss the best method of return. Please note however that it remains the customer's responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of the battery to us in order to receive a full refund of the initial purchase price.

Exchanging Motorcycle Battery If you have ordered the wrong motorcycle battery and wish to exchange it for the correct battery, please contact us either by telephone (01793 778127) or using our Contact Us form to discuss the best method of return and the correct replacement. Please note that there will be a charge to the customer for the collection of the unwanted battery even if this is collected by the courier when the replacement battery is delivered.

Incorrectly Supplied Motorcycle Battery If we have sent you the wrong motorcycle battery, please contact us either by telephone (01793 778127) or using our Contact Us form to discuss collection of the incorrectly supplied battery and delivery of the correct battery.
