This charger can be used for Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) or Nickel Cadmium (NiCd) rechargeable batteries.

The Fameart UC05 Intelligent Battery Charger detects when the batteries are fully charged and switches to trickle charge to keep the batteries at their maximum charge. (Trickle charge does not apply to PP3 sizes).

Batteries are charged two at a time; there are two charging slots into each of which 2 AAA, AA, C or D sized batteries can be placed. Once the first pair of batteries are fully charged the battery charger will automatically start to charge the other pair. PP3 batteries can be charged individually or two at a time in the two independent slots.
