Clearance items are
purchased with agreement to
specific terms and conditions
as set out below.
If a fault arises on a non-
warranted item within the first
30 days of purchase then we
will replace the item or if this
is not possible we will refund
the purchase cost.
Clearance items that carry a
manufacturer’s warranty and
are used in accordance with
the manufacturer’s
instructions and guidelines are
subject to a no fuss
replacement or refund if a
fault is reported and proved
within the first six months of
purchase.
Clearance items with
warranties that are proved
faulty and reported more than
six months from purchase
date will not be replaced but
will qualify for a 50% refund
of the purchase cost. If a
replacement is required
rather than a refund then the
warranty claim must be made
directly to the manufacturer
or UK importer. |
